As far as we know, Employee Communication & Surveys is the only organisation in Australia to maintain a dedicated internal communication audit database. This includes results of communication audits in large and small, public and private sector organisations. So we can put each client's communication audit results into very clear perspective.

Without an understanding of national communication norms you may spend money and effort on improving something that is really not too bad. (For example, one of our clients put a huge effort into a reward and recognition system - they did not realise their survey results for Recognition were 10% above Australian norm.)

We can also provide "key driver analysis" - by analysing the correlations between various factors and with overall satisfaction with internal communication - we can show clearly what the top communication priorities are.

Some clients also ask us to help them identify the best media to use to communicate information on various topics or subjects. With inspiration from Angela Sinickas (a California-based communications measurement guru) we've developed an approach which has helped more than a dozen Australian organisations find the best tools to use to communicate with various internal audiences.
